Loving Life As A Girl Mom

Ok, well anyone who has a baby {or 2, or 3 or more}. then you know that life with a newborn changes everything! Sleep is a thing of the past, dry shampoo is your best friend and coffee is always on hand.

Giving birth to my second baby, Ms. Kinsley Love, has naturally been the best thing ever! She is a dream and she completes our family in the sweetest of ways {for now }. We unapologetically stare at her when she sleeps, listen to her every coo, and cuddle her for hours on end. I have a 2 year old little man who loves to play with dirt, jump off of anything & everything, and can point out a fire truck, dump truck and any “big truck” in the dark! I love that he is so adventurous and I always want to nurture that brave spirit of his. I feel like I have the best of both worlds now that I am a boy mom and a girl mom! And I’m not gonna lie, I can’t wait to one day go to brunch and get pedis with my girl.

In the meantime, while she is teeny tiny, I am loving all of the cute girly items! The accessories are endless for baby girls(catch my must haves for baby girl here)! Whether my girl is rocking footie jammies, working her shoe game like  or looking stellar cute with a simple little hair bow, all I have to do is look at her and she gets this mama’s heart all warm & sappy! Let’s be honest, my girl loves to dress up, but on most days she happily chills in her jammies (while we’re playing the honest game, I also like to chill in my jammies–it’s only natural ). As a mommy, there are a few items that I will keep & cherish forever {like foreva, eva} simple because of their sentimental value. I wanted to share with ya’ll a few of those cute items that give me all of the mama feels. They have made Kinsley Love’s first few weeks extraaaa adorable!

Remember that shoe game I referred to above? Well, we are off to an amazing start with these knit booties from Raspberriez ($25). Their soft leather soles keep baby’s movement flexible and the working button adds extra cuteness. They also have styles with fur at the rim and jewel buttons for extra pizzazz. Can we say #cutenessoverload?

Oh sweet sugar and spice, you do make everything nice! Since our kiddies are sharing a space, we went with this Sandstone Weave blankie ($50-75) and Nile Woven Harvest Gold Fitted Sheet ($55) from Tuesday June. Just the right amount of sweetness that goes well with the modern feel we already had in the space for Bub. If you can’t resist their cute designs like me, make sure to sign up for their email for 20% off.

Thanks for listening to me oooh and aahh over my sweet pea! Looking forward to sharing more about our journey along the way and more cute goodies like these from Raspberriez and Tuesday June
